View a click map for an email

A Click Map is a visualization of the top clicks in a template to showcase how customers are interacting with your emails. You can view it for an email in a stage, blast, or path. The Click Map displays the template selected, along with a Link Tracking table. When you highlight any link in the Link Tracking table, the corresponding link in the template will also be highlighted. Similarly, hovering over a link in the template highlights the corresponding link in the Link Tracking table. Knowing which links are most popular, along with their location, can help you design a better email. 

Note: Any changes to an Active email template will reset the click map data

Click Map for an email in a Stage

The Click Map for an email template in a Stage can be viewed within Analytics or via the Cortex Emails page.

Access the Click Map via Analytics

1.  Under "Analytics", click AI Stats.
2. Click the Stages tab.
   
   
    
3. In the Content Performance section, narrow the results by stage, if you wish. Click on an email from the list of templates.
   
   
    
4. At the top of the Email Template Details Page, click "View click map."
   
   
    
5. (Optional) From the dropdown, click View full screen to enlarge the screen and better analyze the click map.
6. (Optional) To export the Click Map or print it as PDF, click Print chart from the dropdown.
   
   
    

Access the Click Map via Cortex Emails

1. Under "Cortex", click Emails.
   
   
    
2. Filter the list by stage and/or status if you wish. Select the dropdown for an email and click View click map.
   
   
    
3. (Optional) From the dropdown, click View full screen to enlarge the screen and better analyze the click map.
4. (Optional) To export the Click Map or print it as PDF, click Print chart from the dropdown.
   
   
    

Click Map for an email in a Blast

1. Under "Analytics", click AI Stats.
2. Click the Blasts tab.
   
   
    
3. In the "Daily Performance" section, scroll through the list or search for an email, then click on the email name.
   
   
    
4. In the Click Tracking section, click "View click map."
   
   
    
5. (Optional) From the dropdown, click View full screen to enlarge the screen and better analyze the click map.
6. (Optional) To export the Click Map or print it as PDF, click Print chart from the dropdown.
   
   
    

Click Map for an email in a Path

1. Under "Analytics", click AI Stats.
2. Click the Paths tab.
   
   
    
3. Scroll through the list or search for a Path, then click on the Path name.
   
   
    
4. Click View Analytics for the email you'd like to view the Click Map for.
   
   
    
5. Select a variant.
   
   
    
6. In the Click Tracking section, click "View click map."
   
   
    
7. (Optional) From the dropdown, click View full screen to enlarge the screen and better analyze the click map.
8. (Optional) To export the Click Map or print it as PDF, click Print chart from the dropdown.
