Navigating in your ReSci account
This is your main sidebar navigation. Let's go through each section in more detail.
Insights Section
This section contains three reporting categories: Artificial Intelligence Stats, Experiment Stats, and Report Builder.
Artificial Intelligence Stats
Here you will find all your Cortex stats and reporting.
The Overview tab shows top products and categories, along with some geographical data on your users and purchase metrics.
The Trend Details tab shows the breakdown of performance in a given timeframe for your Cortex stages, email templates, subject lines and incentives.
Use the date range selector to see reporting in a given time period. More info here on Artificial Intelligence Stats.
Review performance at different levels and select "export" to see more reporting data for each section.
Report Builder
The Report Builder allows you to build your own reports. Select the type of report: Cortex Campaign or Cortex Deliverability and select how and in what timeframe you wish to have your report prepared and delivered. More info here on the Report Builder.
Experiment Stats
This reporting section is for your Promotional Blasts. Here you will see Promotional Blast performance next to each blast as well as more detailed reporting by clicking "view".
