One-time campaigns with any segmentation and settings of your choosing can still be run in Retention Science’s platform, perfect for promotions and experimentation from your marketing team. Users targeted in your one-time campaigns will be automatically filtered out from Cortex. This means your one-time campaigns are the highest priority and will trump any stages in Cortex, and users will not be barraged with emails from different campaigns.
