Do you want to win back churned customers? For previous customers who have churned, Cortex has a special Churned stage that reaches out to touch churned customers with special targeted messaging. This is where your traditional winback content fits into the Cortex platform. The goal is to re-engage your former customer and move them back towards another purchase. When the customer starts to re-engage with the site, the customer will be eligible for acquisition-focused Lifecycle emails.
As your users continue to receive Cortex marketing, the system will react to their behavior to determine what their next message is. Customers who re-engage with your content will become eligible for Subscribe Abandon and Interested stage messages urging them to subscribe. Customers who are less engaged will receive a Needs Nurturing message to try to re-engage them with your business. If your site features one-time purchase options users can also become eligible for Cart Abandon and New Arrivals.
